On November 15, 2007, the Frank Borin-directed music video made its debut on Yahoo! Music. It became available for digital download on iTunes later that day as well. Pyrotechnics are used throughout the music video, according to the behind-the-scenes film. The lead singer, Jason Wade, is the only one featured in the video; the other band members are not there. Wade is shown sitting by himself on a bed at the start of the film, with images of him and his girlfriend hanging on the wall. He then starts to go through the house, with objects in the rooms he is in—the bedroom’s bed and photos, the kitchen’s numerous food and drink items—exploding all around him. Things start to go backwards towards the conclusion, as everything that had blown up is put back together. Wade is seen in the last moments of the video relaxing on the bed with his girlfriend now curled up next to him.
