Olivia Rodrigo is an American singer-songwriter, and her song “Obsessed” was made available on March 22, 2024 as the sole single from Guts’ 2024 deluxe version, Guts (Spilled), and the fourth single from Guts, both via Geffen Records. Dan Nigro, the music producer, Annie Clark, and Rodrigo wrote the song. Rodrigo added it to her current Guts World Tour set list.
Olivia Rodrigo continued working with Dan Nigro, who had produced every single on her debut studio album, Sour, following its commercial success. She wrote the lyrics to the follow-up album, Guts, when she was just 19 years old.
